Dr. Michael Flaxman
CTO - Firescore.Ai
Dr. Mike Flaxman is the CTO of Firescore, with over 20 years of experience in geospatial AI and environmental planning. A Harvard PhD and former MIT professor, as well as product lead at ESRI and HEAVY.AI, he’s successfully applied advanced modeling to everything from wildfire prevention to saving endangered sea turtles.
Manoj Kumar Joshi
Senior Engineer - Firescore.Ai
Manoj is a geospatial analyst and backend developer specializing in 3D modeling, simulations, and AI/ML for terrain, RF, and supply chain systems. At FireScore, he leads geospatial backend and risk model development, and is currently working with the NVIDIA Dev team on Reason1 and Transformer1 for Geospatial Physical AI.
Calvin Goodrich
Data Pipelines - Firescore.Ai
Calvin is a solutions architect with deep expertise in real-time data systems, geospatial processing, and cloud infrastructure. He led the data pipeline at Heavy.AI (acquired by NVIDIA) and has scaled systems across several AI startups. On weekends, he sails while debugging data bottlenecks.

Kim is a seasoned GIS and software engineer with over 17 years of experience across conservation, government, and tech. Whether deploying enterprise GIS systems or mentoring teams, Kim brings curiosity, clarity, and a love for nature to everything she does. Applied Scientist - Firescore.Ai
Daryn turns video into actionable insight, extracting quantitative fire and plume dynamics to validate and improve models. Driven by a love of creative and interdisciplinary problem solving, she combines principles of physics and computing with an experimental background in cameras and imaging to study fire environments. She holds wildland firefighting and UAS certifications and has led and collaborated on field research at prescribed burns using drone and ground-based imagery.
